Design and Usage

Karahi is a basic necessity of every kitchen. A karahi is a type of thick, concave sided deep vessel. It is available in round bottom as well as flat bottom. It is useful for shallow or deep frying of meat, snacks and for simmering of stews. It is fitted with aluminium handles or stainless steel handles. Thickness- 5mm
