A Brazier is a shallow aluminium tope and has the same shape. Brazier can be used for cooking less quantity of food. It comes with or without a cover. These braziers are perfect for browning meat, simmering or slow cooking and are available in six sizes. The heavy-duty version of brazier comes with step sidewalls that gives better thermal efficiency. Regular brazier is made of 4m.m thickness, the heavy-duty variety is of 5mm.
